Resolution No. 20-54 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON TIGARD CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 20-54 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITYWIDE MASTER FEES AND CHARGES SCHEDULE WHICH WAS ADOPTED UNDER RESOLUTION NO. 20-32,AS AMENDED WHEREAS,the City of Tigard has a Master Fees and Charges Schedule that was adopted during the last budget hearing as Resolution No. 20-32;and WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed fees and services provided;and WHEREAS, City staff has proposed new fees and changes to certain fees to recover costs or due to previously approved annual adjustment formulas;and WHEREAS,the City's Master Fees and Charges Schedule include fees and charges set by other agencies;and WHEREAS,Tigard Municipal Code (TMC) 3.32.050 requires that the City Council review fees and charges annually NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: SECTION 1: The Parks and Recreation Fee and Utility Fees for the City of Tigard are enumerated and set as shown in the attached schedule (Exhibit A). SECTION 2: City staff is authorized to make updates to the Master Fees and Charges Schedule when fees and charges that are set by other agencies become available. SECTION 3: This resolution is effective immediately and implemented as soon as administratively practicable.
