First of all, THANK you for emailing me, this virus situation has certainly affected us all.
I am not sure how you want me to convey the corrected information on my plans to you. If I
need to revise plans and send you new copies, let me know.
In the meantime I will address the comments listed by number.
✓ I've attached a Radon plan drawing. I think it meets the code we are discussing.
✓ 2. The exterior wall insulation has been increased to an R21 rating
t. I'm having trouble with the wall bracing. I'm trying to understand the code
tN requirements in relationship to the sheer walls I have on the "FLOOR PLAN" and I guess
I'm going to have to get some help on this from someone more knowledgeable ?
/4. A smoke detector has been added to the 2nd bedroom ( attached Electrical/Plumbing
Plan)
✓ The bath wall fan has been identified as 80 cfm. (Electrical/Plumbing Plan).
✓ 6. The heat is as designated in the Electrical/Plumbing Plan, four electric wall heaters
totaling 10500 Watts.
/. The W/D is intended to be open. If it needs a door, III put a vented door in place.

at the skylights.
