The original permit BUP2020-00127 received final inspection and the permit is closed so you will need to submit for a
new permit.

We do not have electronic document review system at this time, and our office is closed to the public,so we require
hard copies of application materials be submitted to a drop box in the lobby of the Permit Center, Monday-Thursday, 8
am to 5 pm. We are closed on Fridays. No appointment is necessary for submittals.
I have attached the commercial building permit application that lists the submittal requirements. Please provide the
completed/signed application including project valuation, (3) copies of plans and (2)copies of engineering/calculations,
if applicable.

Hello and good afternoon. My name is Will Tooker, I'm the Project Manager here at Toyota Lift Northwest. We have
offices in Kent,WA and Clackamas OR. We are working with our customer Hobby King, on a pallet rack expansion
project. They filed for a racking permit on 06/03/2020 of this year, through their Installation contractor, B&B
Installation.
Hobby_King_BU P2020-00127
Our project consists of adding a few rows of racking that would match the previous design. It is our understanding that
since the previous project was permitted only 2 months ago and that this expansion is identical in nature,this expansion
may be able to fall under the same permit?
I've attached our stamped drawings and calculations for your review. Please let me know.
