I noticed that your company submitted the tenant improvement Building permit earlier this year for this Domino's location. I am contacting you now because we do not have a way to contact Design Associates who designed the mechanical plans for a rooftop unit that we recently received. The phone number listed on the plans for Design Associates was mistyped with letters contained in it. I attempted to contact them from an Internet search, but their listed phone number was disconnected. I was curious if your company had a way to contact the tenant or Design Associates in Vancouver, Washington. If so, we would appreciate it if you can forward this information to either of them. We are missing the following information in order for us to complete plan review: • (1) completed Mechanical Permit Application—attached above. We did not receive an application with contact information. • (2) sets of plans. The (2) sets of plans we did receive were not legible. The font was too small to read, and the footprint of the building was not included to show us the exact location of the rooftop unit. • Please note that screening for the rooftop unit may be required by our Planning Department, but we will need legible plans with additional details to make this determination.
