Because plan review was already completed on the original mechanical permit, plan review fees of$340.93 are due and payable prior to beginning plan review of the new plans. MEC2020-00309 was submitted on 4/22/2020 and plan review was completed on 6/3/2020 and the permit has been ready since 6/8/2020, however there is no contractor listed. The scope of work on the application was just a duplicate of the building permit work, so hard to decipher what actual work is being done under this permit. The project valuation is$50,000. On 7/28/2020 mechanical contractor Hunter-Davisson submitted mechanical plans for the same address with a valuation of$24,000 for work including replacement of(2) 5-ton roof top units. The submittal also included a limited energy permit application for HVAC controls.
