Attachments: WaterMeters_070119_Add.pdf; Invoice.pdf Importance: High Hi Kelly, I'm sorry to hear about your frustration when creating a permit online. We experienced intermittent system problems yesterday morning, but to my knowledge, our system appears to be operating like normal now. After hearing about your experience, I tested our system, and I was able to create a permit online without incident. We have found that when a system glitch or error occurs, it is best to check back a short while later(half an hour or more),and the majority of the time the system problems will be resolved. I reviewed your account, and I did not see any issues that would have prevented you from creating a permit online. I verified that your licenses are current within our system, and that both licenses are connected to your account. Please note that your CCB license is set to expire on December 9. After this license is renewed,we will need to update your license with the new expiration date for you to continue creating permits online. After reviewing the Plumbing permit application that you sent us, I see that you are adding (1) new shower for a master bathroom remodel. Since you are adding a new plumbing fixture, we need the homeowner to complete the attached Water Meter Fixture Unit Worksheet so that our Utility Billing Department can verify that the existing water meter size is adequate. Please email the completed form back to us, and I will forward it to our Utility Billing Department for approval. Once approved, we will then be able to issue the Plumbing permit. The Plumbing permit has been created, and an invoice showing the balance due is attached above. Once our Utility Billing Department approves the Water Meter Fixture Unit Worksheet, and the fees are paid,we will issue this permit. The balance due is$81.20. The permit fees can be paid online through our website: https://aca.accela.com/tigard/Default.aspx. From there, click on the Building tab, enter the permit number (PLM2020-00395) in the Record Number field, and click Search. Once paid, please notify us at TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov. If you have additional questions, Please let me know. Thank you, Branden Taggart 14 • City of Tigard a y Senior Permit Technician Community Development TIGARD 13125 SW Hall Blvd Tigard, OR 97223 (503}718-2449' brandent©ti g and-or;gov 1 From: Office <venneplumbing@gmail.com> Sent:Thursday, October 1, 2020 10:50 AM To: #Building Permit Technicians<TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov> Subject: Fwd: FW: plumbing permit Caution!
