Please complete both page 1 and 2 of the attached plumbing permit application for fixtures and return to TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov. On page 2, list the number of plumbing fixtures that currently exist in the 'Added' column. In the comments section, please use this area to describe the types of existing sinks, for example (2) lays, or(1) break room sink. The fixtures listed on Page 2 will be used to determine the sanitary sewer SDC fees. On page 1, list only the items for the scope of work that you are performing. Also, if you are doing work in the public right of way, you will need a public facilities improvement permit (PR)from our engineering division before you can connect to the main sewer line in the street. There is already a plumbing permit waiting to be issued where the scope of work is for 36'of sanitary sewer to drain field that was applied for by another contractor. Is this permit to be voided?
