The Murray Road extension is still an option with Washington County. At the conclusion of Tom's discussion on the Bypass, Russ Krueger presented a question relating to an overlay for 135th, privately paid for. Next Mr. Brian discussed the Capital Improvements Plan. Council wants our input on the methods of funding: Small bites, city wide bond, LID's, lottery tickets or what? On a broader question, the council wants the Committee to review, probe, and advocate the regional problems in transportation, and give them the best advice, devoid of politics. Lidija suggested we get maps with overlays so we can get a more concrete view of the various situations. Tom Brian stated that Bill Monahan's office could do this for us.
