If a building permit is required, then you will also need a site plan that contains all of the following
items shown on the attached document. Planning will not be able to approve of the plans if any of
the required items are missing. If you are unsure of how to find the contours or property corner
elevations,you may use our advanced version of Tigard Maps here: https://www.tigard-
or.gov/maps.php . Once you select the advanced map, you can navigate towards the property
address, select contours, and the contours will appear.
You will also need a Clean Water Services service provider letter before we can issue your permit.

Hi Pete,
I spoke to a coworker of mine in Planning, and Planning is okay with the site plan as shown. There is no need for
you to draw a plan that has all of the required submittal elements shown on the intake sheet. You will need a Clean
Water Services provider letter submitted to Building before the Building Division can issue your permit.
Building, I want to make sure that this application is routed in the correct order. Would you like me to complete
the routing sheet for this proposal since it is okay with Planning, or should we wait for the applicant to send us the
completed Residential Building Permit Package, as you described in your previous email?

If a building permit is required, then you will also need a site plan that contains all of the following items shown on
the attached document. Planning will not be able to approve of the plans if any of the required items are missing. If
you are unsure of how to find the contours or property corner elevations,you may use our advanced version of

Tigard Maps here: https://www.tigard-or.gov/maps.php . Once you select the advanced map, you can navigate
towards the property address, select contours,and the contours will appear.
You will also need a Clean Water Services service provider letter before we can issue your permit. Please contact
them as soon as possible to begin this process. I am available if you have any questions.
