Since we are missing the "Authorized signature" on the bottom of the application,we will need you to sign the application and return it to us. As we discussed, if you do not have a scanner, you are welcome to take a photo of the application with your phone and attach it to this email chain. After our phone conversation, I took a closer look at your site plan, which also is attached above. From what I can see, the site plan does not accurately depict the location of the shed. The graph paper scale for the site plan appears to be one square equals one foot in some locations, but not others. And, it is difficult to determine the distances to the side and rear property lines. Additionally,the proposed shed measures 12 ft. by 20 ft., and the space where it will be located is 14 ft. by 24 ft. This shed cannot be located within side or rear yard setbacks on your property,so I have added our Planning Department to this email in order to help determine the property setbacks. Also, I have attached our Site Plan Guide above to assist you with revising the site plan.
