property lines, and, as applicable, flood hazard areas.
Site Plan Details must be clear and easy to read.
Minimum size of the plan is 8.5 x 11 inches.

spacing) and PV module system racking attachment.

The solar photovoltaic permit for Kashish Sharma is ready to issue now. The balance due is$354.19, and I have attached
an invoice above for you to reference. You can pay these fees online through our
website: https://aca.accela.com/tigard/Default.aspx. From there, click on the Building tab, enter the permit number
(MST2020-00223) in the Record Number field,and click Search. Once paid, please notify us at
TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov, we can mail the approved plans and permit to you. Or, if you prefer, we can place
the permit and plans in our open Permit Center conference room for pickup between the hours of 8:00 a.m.and 5:00
p.m., Monday through Thursday. We are closed on Fridays. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
