1. Please show 1 hour fire wall for separation between Red Robin and Visionworks or show that building
qualifies for non-separated uses.

Response: Demising wall shared with Red Robin will be have a fire rating of one hour.
Visionworks GC will ensure existing demising wall meets 2014 Oregon Fire Code and
install 5/8" type X gypsum board floor to deck on Visionworks side. See 3/A3.1 for
demising wall section.
