These properties are located in the Triangle Mixed Use (TMU) zone, which is a commercial zone.
These properties are also located within the Tigard Triangle Plan District. For more information,
please refer to Chapter 18.660,Tigard Triangle Plan District.
All adjacent properties are also zoned TMU.
The both properties are currently developed with single detached houses. To the best of our
knowledge, there are no variances associated with this property. There is one open code violation
pending compliance (HCC2019-00057).
Without further analysis, it is uncertain whether the site is in compliance with the current
Development Code or whether any legal nonconforming issues exist.
