Please see forwarded attached emailed plan check from you, with this attached cover letter/itemized response.
Item #1: (This Ti does not meet 303.1.2 - over 49 occ)
Response: Occupant load recalculated to new total of 76 occ. and plan notes and requirements added/revised
for A2 Group use. (Plan page 1,2,3 updated per request)
Item #2: (did not notice a 2nd entrance door)
Response: there are (2) front exterior entrance/egress doors (D1, and D2), and (2) rear access doors (D6).
(Plan page 2, plan view and door schedule)
Item#3: (the door to the other suite needs to be fire rated and on a closer)
Response: the plans have been updated to show door connection in demising wall separation between
suites to be fire rated, on a closure. (plan page 2 - plan view and door schedule updated per request)
Item#4 (also, panic hardware on all exit doors)
Response: Per door sched, plan page 2, the (2) front entrance doors are single action, and required to
remain unlocked during business hours. The (2) rear exit doors have been update on pg 2, plan view and
door schedule to reflect single action door hardware.
Supplemental notes:
Back lit exit signs w/90 min back up battery bug eye (flood) lamps, added/located at both front egress doors to right
of way.
End plan check response.
