Comment #2: Provide Deck framing plan.
Please see the above referenced structural plans for the deck framing.
Comment #3: Note: Deck plan should include lateral load connection per ORSC R507.2.4
Please see the above referenced deck ledger calculation demonstrating that the plan specified deck ledger connection is adequate to
resist the applied lateral loads and meet the code requirement of providing adequate tension resistance within 24"of each end of the
deck.
