Agnes, looking at Google maps street views,you can clearly see al the existing equipment on the roof now, at least the
existing large RTU I called RTU1 and the existing RTU3, as well as the existing EF1. My unit is set back farther than both
RTU3 and EF1 (as you can see from the roof plan I provided). I will have the architect and GC work on a screening plan if
that is required.This must have been a new zoning requirement they added after all the existing equipment was
previously installed. IS there no other option besides screening?

I am not sure if Branden responded to your questions regarding submittal of revisions and he is out of the office now
until next Tuesday.
For planning, you may have emailed electronic documents for Agnes to review, and pre-approve, however we now need
the actual hardcopies of the revised plans (2) sets, as well as(2) sets of equipment cut sheets. We don't have electronic
document review at this time, so we require hardcopies to be routed offsite to our building plans examiner.
The transmittal letter(see attached) and copies of just the revised plans/cut sheets (not original plans) can be submitted
to the drop box in the outer lobby of the Permit Center, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on
Fridays. Masks are required to be worn while in the building.
