It has been placed in the que for processing and the permit technicians will contact you for payment when the permit is ready. Due to the current working conditions, please allow 1-3 weeks for processing. The permit technicians will correspond directly with you to provide instructions to pay the fees online once they have created a permit number and they will email a copy of the issued permit to you. I am glad that you called and clarified that you were trying to obtain a permit online on behalf of your mechanical contractor, however as we discussed, only the licensed contractor can obtain permits online.
