I sent an email Back in July 2020 to Julie Drinkwater and many phone calls to refund the money of permit number
PLM2020-00260 due to the wrong Of issuance of the permit . I didn't request any Solar units for my project while I got
charged for a price of 2 units. I could not complete the project. So please refund me the money of the permit
number PLM2020-00260 and all related permits of that project MEC2020-00420 and ELC2020-00340.
