I sent an email Back in July 2020 to Julie Drinkwater and many phone calls to refund the money of permit number
PLM2020-00260 due to the wrong Of issuance of the permit. I didn't request any Solar units for my project while I got
charged for a price of 2 units. I could not complete the project. So please refund me the money of the permit
number PLM2020-00260 and all related permits of that project MEC2020-00420 and ELC2020-00340.

Per our phone conversation, I reviewed your request and transferred the information you provided to TVWD's
residential fixture worksheet (see attached). After calculating the existing and new fixture addition,you will have a total
number of 29.5 fixture units. Looking into your account,you currently have a 5/8" meter that will be sufficient for the
number of fixtures you provided. It is not necessary to upgrade your meter. Should you have any questions, please feel

NOTICE: Due to the COVID-19 front office closure, all Development Services payments (Plan Reviews, Meter Sales, and
