Ordinance No. 19-01 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ORDINANCE NO. 19-0 I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7.74 OF THE TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE TO UPDATE THE CITY'S EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PROCEDURES WHEREAS, Chapter 7.74 of the Tigard Municipal Code establishes the City's emergency operations procedures;and WHEREAS,the existing Code is in need of updates for clarification and conformance with state statutes. NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: Tigard City Council amends Chapter 7.74 of the Tigard Municipal Code as shown in the attached Exhibit "A" (additional language is shown in underline and deleted text is shown in s-tiiketlirettgh).
