Ordinance No. 18-27 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ORDINANCE NO. 18-;..7 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE 3.65 GAS TAX REVENUES TO CLARIFY TTAC'S ROT F WHEREAS, Tigard Municipal Code Section 3.65.260 was approved by Council in 2009 to give the Tigard Transportation Advisory Committee (1.1 AC) a role in prioritizing gas tax revenues;and WHEREAS, Tigard City Council wishes to clarify TTAC's role and more accurately reflect TTAC's current charge;and WHEREAS, TTAC reviewed this proposal at its meeting on November 7, 2018 and supports the proposed clarification. NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: Tigard City Council amends Section 3.65.260 of the Tigard Municipal Code as follows (additional language is shown in underline and deleted text is shown in striltethrettgh): 3. m-- , : --. . . - . : ..,. . : :•-- which dd3ignates in order of priority, the projects for which net revenue shall be used 3ubacqucnt to Upon sufficient funds being collected to fully finance and pay for the Greenburg Road/Highway 99/Main Street intersection improvements. SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its passage by the council, signature by the mayor,and posting by the city recorder.
