1. Welcome and introductions. We are welcoming Councilor Marc Woodard as the assigned
Council liaison to the committee.
2. Review of draft minutes from Nov. 16, 2016.
3. Introducing new applicants for the NIC; discussion and vote for membership. (Five
applicants have been invited and have outstanding applications.)
4. Revised plans and bylaws for the NIC to become the Citizen Engagement Committee: guest,
Assistant City Manager Liz Newton. Discussion by the group.
5. Update on the Tigard Triangle Urban Renewal Plan and City Center Urban Renewal Plan
Amendment ballot measures that will appear on the May 2017 ballot in Tigard.
6. Comments and input from around the table.
7. Adjourn.
